30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
Important Note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must be free from damage, stains, or odors
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is easy. Simply follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package using the provided return label
Return Shipping:
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size and color variations only, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Specify your desired size/color in your email
- We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
Exchange Shipping: We cover shipping costs for exchanges within the US when the original item is returned in acceptable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements
- Expedite the resolution process

International Returns
International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items may be subject to customs duties upon return
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
- Refund processing may take 7-14 business days after receipt
